My love story...
I was an alone soul until I met my life partner… can you guess why? Okay here is my love story since 2019.
I was born in 1993 and grow up among 2 elder siblings and parents in a middle-class family. I ended my schooling in 2009. So, the hard time came for me as a young man because I had to find a job, and it wasn’t so easy for me. I really wanted to help my parents with money but It took a bit of time to get even a small job. After many efforts of job applying, I got my first job as a room boy in a five-star Hotel in my own Country Sri Lanka. So, a farewell to the former life of freedom & a beginning bitter life. I worked there for 1 year and my salary was Rs.5000/= (26USD). By the time I shifted to many places seeking a job I aimed to be a chef. Finally, after many jobs, I became a chef at another five-star hotel in Sri Lanka.
But I wanted a change and also an improvement in my career so I decided to go abroad. I applied for a five-star hotel in Doha-Qatar and I got my chance as I dreamed. In 2018 I set my foot in Qatar. But I felt lonely with the time I came abroad for work and I also felt that I need someone besides me to share my everything. It is difficult to find someone to love, in an unknown place. But at a good time my destiny, I saw a beautiful girl via my Facebook mutual list and got an interest because she was from my motherland. So, this alone man decided to send a request, and thanks to Mark Zuckerburg, yes she accepted it. What a precious moment of happiness I sent her a message, and the next day she replied.
Within one month as friends, we got to know each other well and I asked her that will she hold my hand for the entire lifetime. She gave me a positive answer and we began our Long distance relationship. She is a very kind-hearted girl and she always made my mind relax to continue my career abroad. After she came into my life I spent more time with her because it was healing for my mind to talk with her, but we had a time difference of 2 1/2 Hours. I was a busy man but she always understands me and my situation. We saw each other, we talk with each other only via video calls.
However next month I visited my country to see my angel and yes I saw her, in reality, it made my eyes tears. Because I felt that my whole life is standing in front of me with the way I dreamt of. So, we spent time together. walked along together and there was so much love, affection, care, and cuddles with happiness. after the month again I said goodbye to my girlfriend with the hope of building our own beautiful life, and it was really hard to leave her and fly out, but I did.
My girlfriend was the only person who gave me hope to live happy, success and strong. She always stood with me when I was feeling down and knew well to calm down my mind. I was not there for her birthday, or any special moment of us, but we patiently waited until the correct time. During the time abroad the epidemic also made our lives harder than we thought. but we faced those difficulties and faced them strongly.
In 2021 January I landed in Srilanka after ending my job in Qatar. So, both of our parents decided to visit each other's houses to got to know each other well and both families are happy about us as a perfect couple. I and my Girlfriend decided to take a break from love life and move on to married life. Yes through many ups and downs on 2nd April in 2021 among all blessings I filled her ring finger and promised that I will walk the rest of my life only with her as my beloved wife & will be the best husband to her. I know that I am complete because of her. I am lucky to have her in my life, and yes, there is a perfect woman like I got behind every successful man. I am madly in love with her every day because she taught me life. I love her to the moon and the back.
